Robert Siwik’s talk on non-price criteria for the evaluation of tenders at a seminar in Warsaw

Partner Robert Siwik gave a talk at the seminar about “Value Engineering in Practice II”. The event was attended by over 100 participants and was organised by Inframedia, the publisher of, among other things, the Infrastructure magazine. Robert Siwik talked about the non-price criteria of tender evaluation and about the amendments to the Public Procurement Law Act. The lead sponsors of the seminar were: the General Roads and Highways Authority and the Convention of the Regional Road Authority Directors.
