Robert Siwik will be one of the speakers at the Public Contractors Congress on 29.03.2017 in Warsaw. The congress is the most important event of its kind in Poland for contractors bidding for public contracts. It is held to address the current issues and concerns in the sector. It is organised by the Contracting Authority bimonthly.
