Thanks to our unique know-how and experience, our public procurement law firm is able to assist our clients on a day-to-day basis in bidding for public contracts as well as taking on challenging first-of-its-kind projects. Recent examples include our support for a contractor who has won the contract for launching and running a country-wide cash receipt lottery sponsored by the Ministry of Finance, a tendering procedure for the construction of a Modern Art Museum and the Polish Stand at EXPO 2015 in Milan.
On average, we assist over 40 public procurement clients annually as part of our regular services to them, representing them in over 80 appeal proceedings at the National Chamber of Appeal, while running as many as 90 training programmes, workshops and instructional talks for contracting authorities and contractors alike.
Our specialised team provides comprehensive legal assistance for both the contracting authorities and contractors. In particular:

• we draft and review tendering documents (SIWZ (contract notice), internal regulations, consortium agreements), provide support for the contracting authorities at each stage of tender review and evaluation, including during the technical dialogue and negotiation;
• we support contractors in analysing the invitations to tender and SIWZ documents, verifying competitive applications and tenders, formulating questions for the SIWZ document, and ensuring compliance with the legal and formal requirements of applications and tenders;
• we have a record of successful appearances as substitute attorneys in appeal proceedings at the National Chamber of Appeal, which is one of our key strengths on the market.

Our attorneys are also university lecturers and highly-esteemed speakers at numerous industry conferences and training courses in the area of the investment and development process.
