Railway investment projects

We have acted as legal advisors in preparing and implementing investment projects in the railway sector. We have gained valuable experience in the course of cooperating with Polish and international companies which specialise in designing, building and modernising railway lines.
Our attorneys have represented clients who have won contracts for the preparation of feasibility studies and functional-utility programmes for the modernisation of the E59 railway line being a section of the international link between Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans; for project and tender documentation for the modernisation of the Siedlce-Terespol section of the E20 railway line, or the redevelopment of sections of the E25 and E108 railway lines.
Our law firm has also acted as a legal advisor in a number of tendering procedures for one of the leading suppliers of advanced railway traffic coordination systems.
